This scenic hike affords a mesmerizing panoramic view from a bluff trail overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, including dramatic hoodoo formations carved by decades of beach erosion. The trail also passes through wooded areas of shadbush and black cherry and past historic World War II lookouts.  Always amazing no matter the weather. 

Meet in the parking lot of Shadmoor State Park off Rt 27, about a half mile east of downtown Montauk.
