Experience the beauty of Cedar Point County Park’s oak woods in springtime. The oaks should be budding out, with subtle shades of pale green, pink, and yellow. In part we will hike along Hedges Banks, overlooking Gardiner’s Bay. This is a joint hike of the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society, Southampton Trails Preservation Society, and Long Island Greenbelt Trail Conference. Meet 10:00 a.m. at the entrance parking area, Cedar Point County Park, off Cedar Point Road in East Hampton’s Northwest Woods. Bring snacks, liquids & tick protection.
